Sports Massage Therapist / Therapist Assistant

Perform massages and soft tissue treatments tailored to athletes’ needs, which may include deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and stretching techniques.

You are required to have sports-specific knowledge and understand the biomechanics and specific demands of different sports to customize treatments that address the unique muscle groups and movements involved. You will work closely with other healthcare providers such as physical therapists, athletic trainers, and physicians to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

We are looking for someone with:

– Certificate or Diploma/Degree in Sports Massage Therapy or related field

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing sports massage therapy services

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Strong attention to detail and time management skills
