Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The Customer Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for resolving any issues or concerns they may have. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for helping others.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
    • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
    • Provide product and service information to customers
    • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
    • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
    • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of products and services

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
