We are a growing orthodontic practice within our community that literally transforms smiles, located right at the heart of Blacktown, opposite westpoint and close to the train station.

About You:

You would have a key role in creating first impressions for our customers. You should enjoy interacting with people, have a positive body language and be able to maintain composure during busy times.

Previous Dental or Orthodontic Experience ideal but not necessary.

We are looking for team members with passion for learning and to connect with people/ team members. A record of a stable work history and working within teams an advantage.

This position is for 3 days a week between Monday- Friday with a possibility to increasing to 4 days in future.

Not suitable for uni students as a minimum 3 days and flexibility for more days required.

Hours of Operation: Monday 7:15 am–5:45 pm, Wednesday and Friday 8:15am-6:15pm and Thursday 9:15am- 7:45pm

About the Role:

We'll shape the role around the experience of the person we hire. But here’s some of what you’ll get up to:

Assisting Orthodontist, oral health therapist with orthodontic procedures ie: braces/ aligner adjustments towards their new smiles, customer communication, laboratory communication, data entry, and sterilization of instruments. Clinical note taking and providing instruction to patients

Chairside Assisting, Workflow Updates, Start and End of Day preparations.

Restocking, learning new technology such as digital scanning for patient and Retainer making.
