Return Fundraising is one of the largest telephone fundraising agencies in the UK. We’ve raised millions of pounds for good causes, and we’re looking for new fundraisers to join the team. We believe in real, human conversations with supporters.

Competitive Salaries
We are an accredited Living Wage employer and our fundraising roles are paid at least the Living Wage, with senior staff able to earn a uplift.
We’ll also contribute the statutory 3% to your pension.
Working from Home
Our fundraising roles are all working from home, 12.30pm to 8pm Monday to Thursday and 10.30am to 6pm on Fridays.
There’s no commuting, weekend or bank holiday working!

If your application stands out, we’ll invite you to an automated video interview. It’ll last about 20 minutes, and it’s an opportunity for you to showcase your communication skills.
You’ll be interviewed by one of our fundraising managers; ask us questions and we’ll do the same. There’ll be some script role play, and a chance to see if we’re the right fit for each other.
If you’re successful, you’ll be invited to start training and we look forward to helping change the world together. If you’re not successful, we’ll provide you with some feedback.
