What we’re looking for from you:

Understanding of key issues faced by your charities and how the support gained can make a lasting difference
Ability to deliver exceptional supporter care
Ability to communicate personably and effectively, with empathy to a diverse range of individuals
Excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to motivate others
Strong interpersonal skills – able to communicate with supporters and colleagues with confidence and fluency, both face to face, on the telephone and online
Excellent organisation/administrative, prioritising skills and ability to work to multiple deadlines
Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Strong teamwork and good interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
Contact centre experience, experience of working in a target-driven environment, or fundraising experience a significant benefit
