Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and assisting our Financial Advisers to drive business growth. Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Financial Adviser and their Advice pods on all facets of financial planning on both new business and ongoing service.
Accountability for overseeing the production of compliant financial advice and strategy presentations to clients in a timely, efficient manner.
Manage workflow of your offshore paraplanners and admin support team ensuring client service standards are consistently met.
Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and proactive communication with clients.

Qualifications:

Degree or higher in Financial Planning or similar (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Financial Planning CRM software is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
