Loreto Community Housing is a work of the Catholic Church and the largest provider of community housing in Tasmania.

Our current housing portfolio includes social and affordable housing, rapid re-housing, and crisis/transitional housing. We are also the exclusive statewide provider of the Landlord Incentive Program.

We have inhouse maintenance and property development teams and offer support programs that improve tenant and community wellbeing. We also deliver programs that focus on building participant’s skills and capacity – including Inspiring Future Leaders and Build Up Tassie.
