HSA advertises for a range of office and front-line support worker positions throughout the year. We always welcome enquiries for support work even if there is not a current advertised vacancy.

About HSA
HSA is a truly local, registered NDIS provider. Home Support Association Inc. has grown from humble beginnings providing services to a handful of clients, to today supporting well in excess of 200 local people living with a disability to “live the life they choose in the community”. While many things have changed as the organisation has grown, the things that remain constant are what makes us who we are; commitment to our values and purpose, and determination to be a provider and employer of choice.
As a service provider we work alongside our service users to identify their strengths, interests and goals, providing just the right amount of support to allow you to live the life you choose.

ClearHead – no ordinary EAP
We believe in equipping our employees’ with the tools to assist in managing their own physical and mental health. That’s why we have partnered with ClearHead who offer more than other EAP services. Not only can you reach out in a time of crisis, but you have access to a Guided Wellbeing Journey of engaging micro-lessons for improving mental fitness. The Guided Wellbeing Journey mimics a typical therapy or coaching experience. People are supported to become more self-aware of their challenges and strengths. They learn skills for their mind, body, and relationships. All while, fine-tuning their thinking and behaviour to sustain wellbeing.
