About the role:

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Support Specialist to join our dynamic team, based in our modern Feilding office. This is a newly created role and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and isn’t afraid to embrace change.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our business—ensuring data is correctly processed, ensuring pricing is accurate, analysis and reporting on a monthly basis, assisting with system development and improvement, and working closely with our Finance & Harvest Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level accuracy of harvesting data.

• Act as the internal systems champion, driving process improvements

• Assist with finance functions as required

• Support system development and onboarding of new tools or technologies

• Maintain accurate records and provide reporting support as needed

• Liaise across departments and with external partners as required

About You

We're looking for a confident, self-motivated individual who takes pride in getting the details right and is always looking for ways to improve how things are done. You have a natural curiosity for problem-solving, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are equally comfortable working independently or as part of a collaborative team.

You’ll bring:

• Eye for detail and strong numeracy skills

• Desire to get things right

• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; CRM experience a plus

• An interest in systems development and process improvement

• A good understanding of accounting principles and processes

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Initiative, good judgement, and a proactive mindset

• The ability to adapt and stay composed in a small but busy office environment
