Summary:

The Tutor will provide academic assistance and support to students of all ages in various subjects and test preparations. They will develop individualized tutoring plans, deliver effective tutoring sessions, and track student progress.

Responsibilities:

Assess student's academic standing and identify areas for improvement.
Develop individualized tutoring plans to meet student's academic goals and needs.
Deliver effective and engaging tutoring sessions that incorporate various teaching methods.
Help students with exam preparations, homework assignments, and developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Track student's progress and adjust tutoring sessions as needed.
Communicate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure student progress and success.
Provide feedback and support to students to build confidence and motivation.
Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and academic materials for the subject area being tutored.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Proven experience as a tutor or teacher.
Excellent communication and teaching skills.
Ability to customize tutoring to individual student needs.
Familiarity with various teaching methods and strategies.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in the subject area being tutored.
Availability to work evenings and/or weekends.
