Cookaborough was born on a street corner in 2018 – a ‘borough’ of young families unsuccessfully wanting to put home-cooked food on the table every night. Enter a couple of fantastic professional cooks who made nutritious family food once a week for time-poor families. Gold! The cost was reasonable, we felt good about the food we were feeding to our families and great about supporting lovely, local small businesses. There was no bespoke software tool for this category that connected food management, customer emails, pre- order management, and ecommerce. So we built one!
