Health Equality
We work towards meeting health equality for all people in the Kimberley. We work across sectors to collaboratively deliver programs and outreach services to address social determinants of health, and support people to manage their health issues closer to their home and community.
To increase access to the mainstream health care system, we deliver outreach primary health services to remote communities across the Kimberley. This means people can stay at home and in their communities, which leads to better health outcomes for individuals. In doing this it also reduces the need for specialist and hospital services.

Relocation Assistance
A relocation allowance is available for new staff who are required to move to take up their appointment with us.

Each year staff have access to $4,000 and 5 – 6 days leave (pro-rata) to support professional development.
Remote Travel Allowance
Staff who travel for work are paid a daily remote travel allowance.
Work-Life-Balance Allowance
Each year all staff members can access $299 towards supporting their health and wellbeing.
Wellness Days
All employees are entitled to 2 wellness days each year to support their mental and physical wellbeing.
