Summary:

Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, according to customer preferences and established recipes.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and sanitizing surfaces.
Handle credit transactions accurately, following established procedures.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and proper handling of hazardous materials.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
Assist in planning and executing special events or promotions, as required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented position is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including their ingredients and preparation methods.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
