Andrew has been a Project Manager at Silentium Defence for over two years. With a young family, Andrew values the flexibility his role provides—working from home when needed, dropping his daughter off at school, and enjoying a healthy work-life balance. Andrew thrives in Silentium’s inclusive, open-door culture, where honesty and a genuine commitment to teamwork are embraced by everyone, from the CEO to the technicians. As part of the newly established SD basketball team, he’s found even more ways to connect beyond the workplace.
