Phase 1: System set-up

Loading your Employees

If you have integrated with Employment Hero Payroll or XERO, select the EH Payroll/XERO link below. Duration: 7-14 mins

Loading Independent Contractors

Load independent contractors in to your platform. Note: contractors must be loaded one by one: Duration: 15 minutes

Managing Time Off/Leave

Learn about the Time Off Management tab, how to approve and decline requests and request your own time off/leave. Duration: 7 mins

Managing Timesheets

Configure your platform to use the HR Timesheet functionality. Applicable for clients without clocking-in requirements. Duration: 13 minutes.

Setting up employee engagement tools

Set up your company values & learn how to send announcements and shout-outs.

Set-up your Custom Security Groups

Grant custom access to areas of the platform with Custom Security Settings. Duration: 3 mins

Prepare your Document Templates

Create templates using our Advanced Editor or PDF Editor tools and set-up your authorising signatory. Duration: 7 mins

Customising Onboarding

Personalise your onboarding, upload your Induction content, add in custom fields and set up onboarding and offboarding checklists. Duration: 40 minutes

Utilise Employment Hero policy templates, add in your organisations legacy templates and assign policies to employees.

Understand how to setup and assign assets (e.g Company Cars) to your employee files.

Learn how to setup your expense reimbursement process. Available for premium/platinum subscribers only.
