He angitūtanga… the opportunity
As a Programme Lead you will be part of an awesome team and lead the delivery of our after school and holiday programmes located in Pinehurst School. You will be supervising a small and fantastic team of programme staff who love working with kids, to deliver great programmes! You’ll also be involved in the organising, planning and development of our programmes.
This is a permanent part-time role for 30 hours per week: 11.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate must be available for additonal hours during school holidays.
He kōrero mōu… About you
You will have outstanding communication skills, a fantastic “can do” attitude and about 2 years’ experience leading and delivering programmes or activities for children & young people in a similar role, or perhaps experience as a Teacher Aide etc. You will be highly organised, fantastic at the paperwork side of things and have the ability to quickly connect with children and caregivers.
This role requires you to hold a full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience (This experience may also be driving experience gained on your Restricted driver’s licence)
Above all, you will have a commitment and passion for developing young people and empowering them to be the best they can be!
