Our New Zealand head office is based in a purpose-built facility in Horotiu, with Australian sales and distribution operations across Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth.
With more than 105 team members across New Zealand and Australia, we are continuing to grow and are looking for an organised and proactive Product Purchaser to join our Supply Chain team.
About the role
This is a permanent full-time role based in Horotiu, reporting to the Group Supply Chain Manager. As Product Purchaser, you will help ensure we have the right products available at the right time for our customers.
You will analyse sales and inventory information, create and manage purchase orders, monitor shipments, and communicate with local and international suppliers. You will also work closely with our internal teams, warehouses, customers, and freight forwarders to keep purchasing and supply activities running smoothly.
This position would suit someone who enjoys working with data, managing detail, building strong working relationships, and coordinating multiple priorities. Previous purchasing experience would be an advantage, but on-the-job training will be provided.
What you’ll do
- ·Analyse sales trends and support inventory forecasting and budgeting.
- Create, monitor, and manage purchase orders.
- Coordinate product orders from local and international suppliers.
- Monitor product lead times and shipment progress.
- Provide timely shipment-status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, product, and shipment information.
- Help ensure consistent product availability across the business.

It would be an advantage if you have
- ·Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply chain.
- Experience working with international suppliers.
- An understanding of freight, importing, or shipment processes.
- Knowledge of motorcycles, parts, apparel, or accessories.
An interest in motorcycles or powersports would be valuable, although industry experience is not essential if you are enthusiastic about learning.
