Summary:

The Site Manager will work on site and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is crucial for maintaining safety protocols and managing site operations effectively, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control measures are implemented.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labour and material usage.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the building and construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.
