About the Role

Walkerscott is looking for a driven, structured, and collaborative professional with 2-3 years of sales (or sales-adjacent/consulting) experience to accelerate our growth in the ANZ market. This is not a “cold calling” or “sales support” role. You will own our deals from initial contact to closure, working directly with our presales specialists who design technical solutions and demos. Microsoft experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage a pipeline from initial contact (from a steady stream of inbound leads) to commercial documents preparation to contract signature, maintaining high activity levels and consistent prospect follow-up.
  • Commercial ownership and Presales Collaboration: Represent the prospect’s technical and commercial needs accurately; partner with the presales team through a structured sales process and ensure key systems and tools are updated regularly.
  • RFP/Proposal Lead: Own the end-to-end response process for all RFPs, managing timelines, stakeholder inputs, and crafting compelling, win-focused proposals.
  • Microsoft Ecosystem: Navigate the Microsoft Partner Center to drive co-sell opportunities, manage incentives, and leverage partner programs to win business.
  • Events & Networking: Organise Walkerscott’s participation in industry events and networking functions to build brand presence and cultivate a high-quality lead funnel.
