Casual Production Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and physically fit casual Production Operators to join our team in Kelston, Auckland. As a Casual Production Operator, you will work on one of our production lines, assisting in the manufacturing and packaging of bakery products. This role can involve heavy lifting, working in a hot environment, and ensuring top-notch quality of our products.

Full training will be provided.

As we are a 24/6 business we have casual roles available across all shifts.

Morning Shift – Sliding shifts between 12.30am-10.30am

Day Shift – Sliding shifts between 9.00am-7.00pm

Night Shift – Sliding Shifts between 5.30pm-2.30pm

Ambient Packing – Sliding shift 5.00am-2.00pm

Being a casual means, you will be called if and when needed, there are no guaranteed hours, but it is a good way to gain experience or get back into the industry.

Skills:

– Ability to work well in a team environment

– Physical fitness for lifting

– Attention to detail

– Willingness to learn and follow instructions

– Basic understanding of food safety regulations

Potential Responsibilities:

– Operating machinery on the production line

– Assisting with the manufacturing and packaging of bakery products

– Monitoring product quality during production process

– Following food safety protocols at all times

– Cleaning and maintaining work area

Qualifications:

– Entry level position, no prior experience required

Must have the right to work in New Zealand
