Are you an experienced Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about developing others? Do you thrive on mentoring, teaching, and supporting emerging talent?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Clinical Psychologist to join us in a permanent, part-time role (16 hours per week), leading and coordinating our Psychology Intern Hub.
This is a unique opportunity combining clinical leadership, professional supervision and workforce development, with the chance to help shape the future psychology workforce in Aotearoa.

What you’ll be doing
- Providing regular, structured clinical supervision to psychology interns
- · interns’ professional development, reflective practice and progress towards registration competencies
- Coordinating meaningful and varied clinical learning opportunities
- Creating a positive, engaging and high-quality learning environment
- Working collaboratively with clinical leaders, service leads and other supervisors
- Bringing interns together through shared learning, peer support and case discussions
- Contributing to workforce development and psychology training initiatives
- Championing clinical excellence, equity and culturally responsive practice.
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring:
- Registration as a Psychologist with a current Annual Practising Certificate
- Approved supervisor status with the NZ Psychology Board, or eligibility to obtain this
- At least five years’ experience in a senior psychology role, including supervision and people leadership
- Experience supervising psychology interns or early-career psychologists
- Strong knowledge of psychological theory, evidence-based practice and a range of therapy models
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to culturally responsive and safe practice
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and equity in health.
