About the Opportunity
This opportunity allows you to bring people, technology and process together on a complex, high-impact programme based in Hamilton. You’ll coordinate application verification and end-user validation across Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua and Taupō, helping users complete meaningful checks while ensuring technical teams receive clear evidence, accurate tickets and timely follow-up.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own your assigned scope of applications, users and tickets, giving you genuine responsibility for maintaining delivery momentum.
- Coordinate application verification with technical or application representatives, and end user validation sessions with clinical, operational and administrative staff.
- Prepare accounts, devices, access and applications so each session starts successfully.
- Explain requirements in plain language and guide users through screen sharing, validation and evidence capture.
- Record outcomes accurately, raise well-defined defects and coordinate retesting through to completion.
- Keep Jira and programme dashboards current, creating a reliable view of progress, risks and next actions.
- Build trusted relationships across client teams, business users, technical specialists and TTC colleagues.
- Work onsite with clients across Wellington, the Kāpiti Coast, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa for at least half your time, more as testing activity ramps up, and travel across the region as needed.
