Description

Placing you in the driver’s seat to create lifelong memories

At Travvia, we’re all about creating memorable experiences for everyone, every time. We’re looking for a commercially minded Revenue & Fleet Scheduling Analyst to join our Commercial Performance Team. This is a unique opportunity to work across revenue, pricing and fleet optimisation, helping us make smarter decisions about pricing, demand, vehicle availability and fleet utilisation across the Group.

What you’ll do

Working closely with the Head of Revenue and our Commercial and Fleet teams, you’ll turn data into practical commercial insights.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Analysing booking trends, demand, pricing and channel performance to identify opportunities to improve revenue and margin.
  • Supporting dynamic pricing models, promotions and commercial initiatives with data and scenario modelling.
  • Monitoring fleet availability, utilisation, idle days and demand to identify potential shortages, surpluses and fleet build-ups.
  • Maintaining the fleet demand and scheduling view and supporting proactive fleet planning.
  • Modelling relocation, seasonal movement and one-way scenarios to optimise fleet utilisation.
  • Tracking ancillary revenue and identifying opportunities to grow products such as insurance and add-ons.
  • Developing clear reporting and dashboards that help stakeholders understand and act on commercial performance.
  • Providing insights to Revenue, Fleet and Operations teams and supporting commercial business cases.
  • Ensuring pricing changes are appropriately documented and aligned with governance requirements.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, commercially curious and comfortable using data to solve real business problems.

You may come from a revenue management, pricing, commercial analytics, demand/capacity planning, fleet or similar analytical environment. You don’t need to have experience across every part of the role — strong analytical and commercial foundations, combined with a willingness to learn, are key.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • 1–4 years’ experience in revenue, pricing, commercial analysis, demand/capacity planning, fleet or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data.
  • Experience with forecasting, modelling and commercial reporting.
  • The ability to turn data into clear, practical recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.
  • Power BI, Tableau or similar experience would be an advantage.
  • A relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline is preferred.

Why this role is different

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply produce reports. You’ll be close to the commercial decisions that shape our business, helping answer questions like:

– Where should we price?

– Where will demand come from?

– Where do we need vehicles?

– And how can we turn available fleet into more revenue?

You’ll develop broad commercial expertise across revenue management, pricing, forecasting and fleet optimisation, working alongside experienced Revenue, Fleet and Operations leaders.

Why You’ll Love Rolling With Us

You’ll join a passionate team working across some of Australia and New Zealand’s most recognisable travel brands.

You’ll enjoy five days of complimentary van hire each year, plus exclusive travel discounts for you, your family and friends.
