Production Supervisor

Summary:

The Production Supervisor oversees the manufacturing of goods, ensuring production targets are met within specified time, budget, and quality standards. They coordinate with different departments, identify and solve production-related problems, and manage and motivate a team of workers.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule production activities
• Supervise production process
• Ensure production targets are met
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with different departments

• Communicate with workers, management, and customers
• Train and develop workers
• Monitor and evaluate worker performance
• Participate in policy and procedure development
• Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor
• Sound knowledge of production and manufacturing principles, techniques, and equipment
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
