We’re seeking a skilled and forward-thinking professional to lead the administration and continuous improvement of our digital platforms, data systems, and archival repositories. This role sits at the intersection of technology, information management, mātauranga, and organisational capability, ensuring our systems are secure, accessible, culturally aligned, and fit for purpose.

This role is responsible for strengthening Ngāti Kuia’s digital capability and information systems through:
- Managing and improving digital platforms including website, intranet, membership, communications, and archive systems.
- Enabling secure, accessible and efficient management of organisational data and information.
- Developing dashboards, reporting tools and insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Administering digital archives and knowledge systems that preserve mātauranga, taonga records, reo and tikanga resources.
- Supporting digital transformation through system integration, workflow improvements and automation.
- Maintaining digital governance, privacy, security and information management standards.
- Building digital confidence across the organisation through training, guidance and user support.
- Partnering with kaimahi, vendors and external providers to ensure systems remain reliable, effective and future-focused.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring Ngāti Kuia has the systems, insights and knowledge infrastructure needed to support whānau, strengthen services, and protect our collective mātauranga.
