About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and relational leader to join the team at Willow Park Christian Camp.

This is a dynamic role that combines team leadership, guest experience, ministry oversight, and relationship management. You will lead our Hosting Team, ensure high standards across camp facilities and guest services, support impactful ministry programmes, and build strong partnerships with churches and group leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the Hosting Team

  • Providing leadership, coaching, and support to the Host Team
  • Managing rosters, training, and staff development
  • Creating a safe, positive team culture

Hosting & Guest Experience

  • Overseeing daily camp hosting operations and guest experiences
  • Ensuring facilities are clean, safe, compliant, and guest-ready
  • Working alongside teams to deliver exceptional service to all groups
  • Supporting activity instruction, hosting, and general camp operations

Ministry & Relationships

  • Supporting and overseeing Willow Park’s ministry programmes
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with churches, schools, and community groups to deliver meaningful experiences
