We’re looking for an Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment and takes pride in ensuring our teams have the right parts, materials and equipment exactly when they’re needed.

What You’ll Do:
Working alongside our engineering and manufacturing teams, you’ll help keep development, production and testing moving by:
- Procuring electronic components, hardware, raw materials, workshop equipment and consumables.
- Managing purchasing transactions, company credit card reconciliations and supplier invoices.
- Coordinating international shipments and managing NZ Customs clearance.
- Receiving, inspecting and processing incoming goods.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting stock takes and ensuring critical components remain available.
- Organising domestic and international freight for customer deliveries, testing activities and production requirements.
- Collecting materials from local suppliers when required.
- Supporting operational activities, including preparing equipment for field testing and other hands-on activities.
What You’ll Bring:
You’ll be someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to enable high-performing engineering teams. You’re organised, dependable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in purchasing, inventory, logistics, stores or supply chain within a manufacturing, workshop or technical environment.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise competing demands while maintaining accuracy.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to support a wide range of operational activities.
- A Full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence.
Bonus Points
You’ll stand out if you have experience with:
- Inventory management methodologies such as Kanban, Min/Max or ERP/MRP systems.
- Importing goods and coordinating international freight.
- Supporting engineering, aerospace, robotics or advanced manufacturing environments.
