Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers with precision and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including the coffee preparation area.
• Oversee coffee machine settings and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure supplies are always available.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Barista experience
• Experience in front of house roles
• Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management skills
