Join a passionate team supporting tāngata whaiora in their daily lives and recovery journeys.
If you’re looking for meaningful mahi where you can support people living with intellectual differences, brain injuries, and mental health challenges — this could be your next step.
MŌ TE TŪNGA | ABOUT THE ROLE
We have permanent full-time and part-time opportunities available across a range of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and night awake. If you’re looking for a rewarding career supporting people to live meaningful lives, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll provide one-to-one and group support across our residential services, building positive, professional relationships with tāngata whaiora and supporting them to achieve their individual goals. This includes assisting with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, developing life skills, and encouraging participation in the community.
Our Ōtepoti (Dunedin) residential services support people with diverse and complex needs, including enduring mental health challenges, acquired brain injuries, and intellectual differences. We’re looking for people who remain calm under pressure, work collaboratively within a team, and see the person beyond their diagnosis.
