The opportunity

Working alongside our experienced Property Finance team, you’ll help bring property deals to life – from initial enquiry through to credit assessment and funding.

You’ll review financial information, help prepare deals and work with developers, borrowers and our internal teams to keep transactions moving. Along the way, you’ll build your knowledge of lending, credit and deal structuring.

As your confidence and capability grow, you’ll take on more responsibility, with a pathway towards becoming a Property Finance Manager over time.

About you

You’re comfortable with numbers, enjoy solving problems and have a real passion for finance and property. You ask good questions, notice the details and follow through.

Experience in banking, lending, property finance or credit would be valuable, and a relevant qualification could help. We’re also interested in how you think, what motivates you and where you want to go.
