Your patch

• Turn good conversations into qualified opportunities across mortgage advisory, property finance and managed funds.
• Connect partners and clients with the right Squirrel specialists, staying close through the handover to help turn opportunities into results.

What you bring

Proven business development experience, sharp commercial instincts, and a natural ability to earn trust. Financial services, lending, or investment experience would be a big plus. A strong property or construction background could work too.

You’re proactive, organised, and happy getting stuck in. You don’t need every step mapped out from day one, but you bring ideas, create momentum, and take pride in finishing what you start.
