About the role and you!
The role of Partnership Manager will report to the Head
of Commercial – NZ, and you will play an integral role in the coordination of
all aspects of successful campaign management with key clients.
You will lead the client campaign implementation, ensuring client campaigns
are on time, deliverables are executed as agreed and, on budget with excellent
service and minimal errors. Spearheading meetings from commencement to
conclusion, with large campaigns requiring progress reports, frequent
communications and meetings with the client, the Partnership Manager will be
the consistent champion for the client across the business. As Partnership
Manager, you will bring your prior experience to work across a diverse
portfolio of Commercial Managers and clients, managing campaign complexities,
competing priorities and varying stakeholder needs to deliver in your role. You
will need to develop strong relationships and direct lines of communication
with both internal and external key stakeholders to ensure the successful
implementation and delivery of all campaigns.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in campaign management / sales within radio, media or similar industry;
- Have experience managing partner servicing plans, budgets and other deliverables to a high standard.
- Have outstanding relationship / stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple agendas.
- Have excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage your time and multiple projects at a time.
- Be a team player and work cooperatively with others across the organisation to achieve results.
- Have a proven ability to think outside the box to create innovative solutions for clients.
- Experience within a media and / or advertising agency would be well regarded.
- A passion for sport and / or media is important.
