The Opportunity 

• Residential, rural and commercial property transactions 
• Subdivisions, leasing and related property advisory work 
• Trusts, wills, estate planning and wider private client matters 
• Client transition work from a retiring consultant, with domestic conveyancing already supported by an experienced Legal Executive 
• Established client relationships, with support to grow your practice over time 

 About You 

• 3+ years’ PQE in property law, with New Zealand practice experience preferred 
• Confidence managing files and client relationships with sound judgement 
• Strong communication skills and a practical, client-focused approach
