Senior Solicitor / Associate – Property

Napier or Hastings | Full-time or part-time options considered

 The Opportunity 

• Residential, rural and commercial property transactions 
• Subdivisions, leasing and related property advisory work 
• Trusts, wills, estate planning and wider private client matters 
• Established client relationships, with support to transition or grow work over time 
• Full-time or part-time options considered 

 About You 

• 6+ years’ PQE in property law, with New Zealand practice experience preferred 
• Proven ability to manage complex files and client relationships with sound, independent judgement 
• The ability to supervise or support junior team members and contribute to practice development 
• Strong communication skills and a practical, client-focused approach
