Associate – Commercial

The Opportunity 

• General commercial advisory 
• Shareholder agreements 
• Capital raising 
• Financing 
• Business and share acquisition and disposals 
• Mentoring junior team members 

 About You 

• 8+ years’ PQE, ideally gained in a larger or well-regarded commercial practice 
• The confidence and judgement to manage significant client relationships 
• Strong technical capability, commercial judgement and a practical approach to complex matters 
• A relationship-led style, with the ability to build trust with clients, colleagues and referrers
