The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales & Customer Services Assistant to join our friendly and busy Sales & Customer Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing business where no two days are the same, and where you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a valued member of the team, you will support both our customers and sales team by:
- Providing exceptional customer service and assistance via phone, email and in person.
- Responding to product, installation and technical enquiries with confidence and professionalism.
- Processing customer orders and invoices and undertaking customer credit administrative duties accurately and efficiently.
- Conducting outbound telephone and email campaigns to existing and prospective customers to a high level.
- Building positive relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Assisting with a range of administrative and general support duties as required.
About You
As one of our primary touchpoints for customers, you’ll play a key role in shaping their experience with our business. We’re looking for someone who is approachable, enthusiastic and genuinely enjoys helping people. You bring a professional and energetic approach to your work and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in a customer service, sales support or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience using ERP and/or CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
An understanding of, or genuine interest in, the RV, caravan or marine industries would be highly regarded.
