Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Massage & Wellness Therapist to provide exceptional spa experiences for our guests. You will deliver a range of therapeutic treatments, supporting relaxation, wellness, and overall wellbeing, while reflecting ROKI’s dedication to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a variety of massage and wellness treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other spa therapies.

Provide personalised guest consultations to tailor treatments to individual needs.

Maintain a serene, clean, and welcoming environment in the spa and treatment rooms.

Promote wellness services and products to enhance the guest experience.

Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and professional standards.

Work collaboratively with the spa and hospitality team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

Certified massage therapist with relevant Level 4 qualifications (or the overseas equivalent) or 2+ years proven experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting.

Proven experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting.

Strong knowledge of massage techniques, wellness therapies, and anatomy.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional, friendly, and guest-focused demeanor.

Flexible to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week.
