Job title: Spa & Wellness Therapist

Job Summary:

At ROKI Pure, our Wellness Therapists are central to delivering our vision of holistic wellbeing and exceptional guest care. In this role, you will provide a range of wellness treatments—including massage, body therapies, and bespoke rituals—designed to restore balance, vitality, and relaxation for each guest.

You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and serene environment, understanding guests’ individual needs, and delivering personalised experiences that reflect the ROKI Pure philosophy. With a passion for wellness and genuine care for people, you will help our guests disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with themselves, contributing to an atmosphere of tranquillity and mindful luxury.

As part of the team, you will also support the upkeep and presentation of treatment spaces, collaborate closely with the Director of Wellbeing, your colleagues, and uphold the highest standards of service, professionalism, and integrity that define the ROKI Pure experience.

Skills:

– Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments

– Excellent customer service skills

– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

– Good communication skills

– Attention to detail

– Certification in massage therapy or related field is preferred

Responsibilities:

– Provide high-quality spa treatments, including ROKI Pure Rituals and Resets created with massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs

– Consult with clients to determine their individual needs and preferences

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms

– Promote spa services and products to guests

– Keep up-to-date on current trends in the spa industry

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Spa & Wellness Therapist

-Certification or diploma in massage therapy or related field is preferred

-High school diploma or equivalent required
