Reliable NZ Limited specializes in collision repairs and cosmetic panel and paint.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a motivated, reliable and organized Receptionist / Customer Service (full time) to join our team at collision repair centre.

Our ideal applicant will have passion for customer care and service, advanced computer skills, attention to detail and friendly and outgoing personality. You will need to be a quick learner, a team player and social media savvy.

The position provides full support to Sales Manager and Estimators to ensure efficient and smooth operations and assisting the teams to achieve their targets.

The right candidate must have aptitude to multi-task, be effective communicator, possess phone manners and professional etiquette, have attention to detail and sense of urgency.

You will be working within a busy and challenging environment: customer care, managing Reception, juggling phone calls and email enquiries, handling customer requests, data entry and document processing, and responding to requests from management.

To be successful in this role you need to be a confident people person with high emotional intelligence, have the right attitude with strong work ethics, be focused on customer service, processes and timeframes.

We Offer

Commencement Date: April 2025

Location: 8 Norman Spencer Drive, Papatoetoe, Auckland 2104

Contract Type: Salary, Full Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm)

Remuneration: $60,000 – $65,000 p.a.

Extensive experience in a similar role in Panel and Paint / Collision Repairs (highly desirable)
