As we continue to evolve how we connect with our members and bring REINZ insights, expertise and stories to life, we’re looking for a curious and proactive Campaign & Content Specialist who can spot opportunities, create compelling content and keep activity moving across multiple channels.
What you’ll work across
- Campaigns that support REINZ membership, education, products, events and corporate priorities
- Editorial and content planning across REINZ channels
- Member communications including In The Know the Monthly Property Report and other data-led content
- REINZ’s Annual Report and other key publications
- EDM campaigns and audience communications
- Organic social media and website content
- Finding new ways to turn REINZ expertise, data and member stories into engaging content
What you’ll be responsible for
- Write, edit and proof clear, engaging content across multiple channels
- Identify stories, themes and content opportunities from REINZ data, expertise and activity
- Coordinate campaigns, contributors, approvals and deadlines
- Manage content across EDM, organic social, website and publications
- Produce key publications including the Monthly Property Report, In The Know and Annual Report
- Build, schedule and report on EDM campaigns
- Create and publish organic social and website content
- Use performance insights to improve future content and campaigns
About you
- You’ll be a strong writer and editor with a natural curiosity for finding the interesting angle. You’ll be comfortable taking complex information, identifying what matters and turning it into clear, engaging content.
- You’ll also be highly organised and enjoy making things happen – able to manage multiple pieces of work, coordinate stakeholders and deadlines, and roll up your sleeves to get content out the door.
You’ll bring
- Around 3–5 years’ experience in content, communications, journalism, PR, marketing or a related field
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills across different audiences and channels
- The ability to take complex information and turn it into clear, engaging content
- Strong editorial instincts and the curiosity to identify stories and content opportunities
- Experience coordinating campaigns, content schedules, stakeholders, approvals and deadlines Experience with EDM platforms such as Campaign Monitor or similar
- Experience managing organic social channels and publishing website content through a CMS
- A proactive, collaborative and practical approach, with strong organisation and attention to detail
Experience working in a membership organisation, professional services or corporate environment would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
