As an Aircraft Refueller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient refuelling of a variety of aircraft at Queenstown Airport. Working in a safety-critical environment, you’ll be part of a professional team that values safety, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out aircraft refuelling operations in accordance with company procedures and aviation industry standards.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of refuelling vehicles and equipment.
• Comply with all Health, Safety, Security and Environmental requirements.
• Identify and report hazards, near misses, and improvement opportunities.
• Complete operational and compliance documentation accurately.
• Liaise professionally with flight crews, airline representatives, and airport stakeholders.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards across operational areas.
• Undertake comprehensive training for operational and maintenance activities.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts (70 hours per fortnight), including weekends and public holidays.
• A current New Zealand driver’s licence (Class 4 required).
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment and periodic medical assessments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Identity Card, including Police vetting and meeting fit-and-proper person requirements.
