You’ll help deliver consistent service across coffee, lunch, and dinner, ensuring teamwork is central to the role.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Delivery daily service across assigned shifts with clarity and consistency

Ensure Popina’s systems are followed

Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences

Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and service standards

Handle guest feedback calmly and professionally

Ensure every service reflects Popina’s values and attention to detail
