Description

Help shape smarter, more consistent ways of working across a growing group of advisory and accounting firms.

At +MORE, we’re building something different.

As one of New Zealand’s fastest-growing advisory and accounting groups, we’re investing heavily in technology, automation, data, and operational excellence to help our firms work smarter and deliver better outcomes for clients.

We’re looking for a practical, curious Group Systems Specialist to support the systems, data, reporting and automation tools used across our Group. Working closely with the +MORE Group Enablement team and key stakeholders, you will help ensure our technology is secure, reliable, well configured and easy for teams to use. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and helping people get more value from technology. You will work across Microsoft 365, FYI/CRM, telephony, approved AI and automation tools, PowerBI dashboards and integrations.

About the role

No two days will be the same! Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, you’ll work closely with leaders, technology partners, and member firms across the Group to improve reporting, automate processes, optimise systems, and support technology adoption.

What you’ll be doing

  • Administer and configure core business systems and user access.
  • Support employee and new-firm onboarding, including Microsoft 365 tenant transitions.
  • Maintain accurate system, process and standard operating procedure documentation.
  • Build, test and maintain dashboards, reports and approved automations.
  • Improve data quality and support data cleansing, integration and migration.
  • Monitor technology, cybersecurity, privacy, licensing and emerging AI risks.
  • Coordinate system enhancements, testing, training, rollout and post-implementation support.
  • Work with vendors and member firms to resolve issues and improve adoption.
  • Keep the Group informed about relevant technology, policy and industry developments.

About you

You’ll be naturally curious, commercially minded, and enjoy solving problems. You’re someone who can connect data, technology, and business needs to create practical solutions.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience administering or supporting business systems, ideally in a multi-site or professional-services environment.
  • Experience with Power BI and Power Automate, or similar systems.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 capability and confidence learning new platforms.
  • An interest in AI, automation, reporting, data quality and cybersecurity.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and careful attention to detail.
  • The ability to translate business needs into clear system or process improvements.
  • Strong communication skills and a patient, helpful approach to supporting users.
  • The judgement to balance standardisation, security and local business needs.
  • The ability to manage priorities and work constructively with internal stakeholders and external providers.

Experience with FYI, CRM platforms, practice management systems, or professional services environments would be highly regarded.
