We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help shape the next chapter of Loretta’s story.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-energy, people-focused venue, develop your leadership skills, and play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests and team.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
• Leading the FOH team across brunch, lunch, and dinner services
• Coaching and developing a strong FOH leadership group
• Running smooth, calm services with clarity and confidence
• Overseeing communication and systems between FOH and kitchen teams
• Working alongside the General Manager on rostering, performance, and cost management
• Leading weekly huddles and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Building your own business knowledge — from P&Ls and forecasting to prime cost control
This is a hands-on, people-first leadership role in a fast-paced but supportive environment where hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement matter.

Who We’re Looking For
• Experience in a FOH management role within a busy, full-service venue
• A calm, confident presence on the floor — especially under pressure
• Strong communication, organisational, and people leadership skills
• A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to develop others
• A current LCQ and Duty Manager’s Certificate (or willingness to renew)
• Professionalism, reliability, and a love of doing things properly
