The Opportunity

We’re looking for Customer Experience Specialists who love styling, connecting with people, and creating beautiful in-store moments, every single day.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the store – bringing the brand to life through exceptional service, styling, and genuine connection. Working within our new Manawa Bay outlet, you’ll create a seamless and elevated experience for every client, while supporting the team to achieve strong sales performance.

We have 3 permanent part-time positions available across our different stores with the following rostered hours:

• Manawa Bay: Wednesday 9:45am–2:45pm and Thursday 12:00pm–4:00pm = 11hrs per week
• Commercial Bay: Friday 11am-5pm and Saturday 12pm – 6pm = 8.5hrs per week
• David Jones New Market: Wednesday 3-7, Saturday 12-4 and Sunday 12-3 = 11hrs

What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service
• Build strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Support sales performance through confident product knowledge and styling
• Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
• Assist with stock flow and day-to-day store operations

What You Bring

• Retail experience with a strong customer focus and proven sales results
• A passion for styling and creating memorable client experiences
• Confidence in building relationships and clienteling
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• A positive, polished approach and collaborative mindset
• A willingness to learn and grow within a premium retail environment
