Practice Manager – Radiology

Beyond Radiology is New Zealand owned and clinician led. Our team of healthcare providers are driven to provide excellence in patient care using state of the art imaging technology.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead the operations of Grafton and Highbrook clinics. As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of the practice, ensuring efficient service delivery  and an exceptional patient and referrer experience.

Working in partnership with clinical leadership, you will help embed a culture grounded in professionalism, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

– Oversee daily practice operations across reception, administration, and clinical support functions

– Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and quality standards

– Maintain strong relationships with referrers and stakeholders

– Drive workflow efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You are an experienced healthcare leader with strong operational capability and a passion for building engaged teams. You are confident working in a fast-paced, clinically driven environment and bring a structured, solutions-focused approach.

You will bring:

– Demonstrated experience in healthcare or radiology practice management, ideally with prior exposure to COMRAD

– Strong leadership and people management capability

– Excellent organisational and communication skills

– A proactive, hands-on leadership style
