Full-Time Crew / All-Rounder — NEEDO Mānawa Bay & Airport

NEEDO is a fast-casual pasta and pizza business. We’re looking for reliable, hands-on Crew Members who care about food quality, friendly service and doing the job well.

This is an active role combining kitchen preparation, cooking and customer service. You’ll suit our team if you enjoy working at pace, follow recipes carefully, and keep your workspace organised.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a busy café, takeaway, restaurant or fast-casual kitchen.
• Confidence with basic food preparation and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• A practical approach: you notice what needs doing and help without waiting to be asked.
• Willingness to learn, use training guides and take feedback on board.
• Clear communication and a respectful approach to customers and teammates.
• Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.
• Availability for a roster that includes weekdays, weekends and some early morning or evening shifts.

Food safety training or qualifications are an advantage.

What you’ll do

• Prepare menu items according to our recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.
• Welcome customers, take orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Keep the kitchen and service areas clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Follow food safety procedures, including correct food handling, storage and stock rotation.
• Work with your teammates to keep orders moving and maintain consistent quality.
• Help with restocking, opening and closing duties.
• Learn our menu and apply training and feedback to improve your skills.
