Naumi Auckland Airport is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service across all of our Food & Beverage outlets, including our Restaurant, Bar, Conference & Events spaces, and other hotel dining experiences.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences across all service areas. Whether serving guests in our restaurant, mixing up memorable moments in the bar, supporting conferences and events, or assisting with special functions, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This role is approximately 32 hours per week, working across a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

- Previous Food & Beverage experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or similar hospitality environment.
- Experience in Conference & Events operations will be highly regarded.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

- Assist with the setup, service and pack-down of conferences, meetings, weddings and special events
- Prepare and maintain restaurant, bar and event spaces to ensure they are presented to the highest standard
- Support food and beverage service, including table service, bar service, buffet service and event functions.
- Ensure all Food & Beverage areas, equipment & facilities are clean, organised and well maintained
- Work collaboratively with the wider hotel team to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Follow all hotel policies, food safety, health & safety, and service procedures to maintain Naumi’s exceptional standards
