About the Role

You’ll be the engine behind our sales team—keeping everything running smoothly, organised, and on track. From coordinating appointments and managing customer requests to keeping our sales pipeline sharp and up to date, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll be working closely with our sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure every interaction is seamless and professional.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating sales activities, trials, and appointments
• Managing calendars and keeping schedules running smoothly
• Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintaining accurate records and updating systems (Odoo, CRM tools)
• Supporting the sales team with quotes, follow-ups, and admin
• Helping deliver an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint
