Are you an organised and proactive administrator with experience supporting education delivery, learner services, or programme administration? We are seeking a highly capable Administrator to join our Centralised Administration team, supporting the delivery of quality education programmes across Aotearoa New Zealand.
This role can be based in Wellington and offers some flexibility, while remaining connected to a collaborative centralised team.
About the Role
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting programme delivery, learner enrolment processes, data management, reporting, and general administrative functions. You will work closely with educators, managers, and learners to ensure systems, records, and processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with organisational and tertiary education requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Process learner enrolments, withdrawals, completions, and learner records.
- Maintain accurate learner information within Learner Management Systems (LMS) and Student Management Systems (SMS).
- Support programme administration and reporting requirements.
- Prepare documentation, correspondence, reports, and educational records.
- Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with funding and reporting requirements.
- Provide administrative support to kaiako, coordinators, and managers.
- Assist with learner enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support national administrative processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and learner-centred team culture.
